Returns and refunds
All sales are final due to the nature of the products.
Because items are made, prepared, and packed by hand, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- I’ll review the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Lost Packages
BlueWolfiesArtShop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local postal service.
